Citizen Science Projects

Science4Pandemics aims to foster citizen education among the adolescent population and feed real data into collaborative research on pandemics through citizen science projects.The digital platform will launch every year two citizen science projects asking for the collaboration of the citizens, to provide real data for participatory research. The first two studies are on vaccines and clinical trials.

Digitalization of clinical trials

ObjectiveTo assess preferences for the use of digital technologies in clinical trial participation in children aged 12 to 17 years and their parents.

DurationThe survey questionnaire takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

AgeTeenagers aged 12 to 17 years and parents of teens aged 12 to 17.

Vaccine hesitancy

ObjectiveTo determine vaccine acceptability and vaccine hesitancy rates in teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old using the online platform S4P and their parents.
